
Elizabeth McKee is the Director of Marketing for the United Nations Foundation, and is responsible for the marketing and communications strategies for the Foundation's partnerships and programs.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. McKee served as Director of Development & Corporate Relations for the Points of Light Foundation, where she helped the organization successfully meet its yearly financial needs. She also created a new fundraising model for the Foundation through corporate cause marketing, connecting the Volunteer Center National Network with companies such as the Walt Disney Company, Wyeth, and KPMG.
Ms. McKee's consulting experience includes the creation and launch of The Great American Bake Sale, an anti-hunger initiative for Share Our Strength, ABC Television, and Parade Magazine.
Recently, Ms. McKee returned from a two-and-a-quarter year tour with the United States Peace Corps in Bolivia, South America. In Bolivia, she secured and managed a USAID grant to improve food availability and the economic situation for the Chaco region.
Ms. McKee is originally from Texas, where she began her career as a Financial Development Associate for the Texas A&M Foundation, and where serves on the Board of the Center for International Business Studies. She holds a BS in Animal Science and a MA in Financial Development from Texas A&M University.
