
Donna Gandt is currently a senior manager at the Timberland Company, responsible for process improvements in the global footwear product development team. She came to Timberland to live out a strong desire to "do well and do good" by building business capabilities while also working to impact social and community justice. Donna is a self-professed service junkie who works on Timberland's global service committee to help the Corporate Social Responsibility team build capabilities throughout the organization using a grass-root, bottom-up approach.
Prior to Timberland, Donna spent several years consulting with technology and telecommunications firms, building operational excellence through improved use of process, people and technology. She also worked as a lieutenant in the US Navy, where she enjoyed being a part of Washington DC's political and policy making environment.
Donna has an engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ and an MBA from Boston University. She resides in beautiful Hampton Falls, NH with husband David and son Owen.
